PRE-ADMISSION
Step-1 Registration
The process of registration is completed in February and March of every year. Registration forms are issued from the
Admission Office of the institution. Registration Fee is non-refundable.
Step-2 Entrance Test
- An entrance test will be conducted in the following subjects
- Grade I-VIII: English, Urdu, Mathemacs and Science.
- Grade IX-X: English, Urdu, Mathemacs, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Computer.
- The assessment level will be based on the Final Examination of the preceding grade that the student has completed. For
example, if a student is seeking admission in grade V, the entrance test will be based on the final assessment / examination
level of grade IV. For Nursery and Prep, test syllabus will be available from the Admission Office. For Play Group, only an
interview is conducted
POST-ADMISSION
Notification of Decision
Admission will be granted based on both the entrance test and the interview. In case a student does not pass the entrance test, an opportunity for a re-test may be granted upon the Principal’s discretion. Notification of the admission will be processed through the Admission Office.
Fee Payment
Fee voucher is issued from the Accounts Office once the admission is confirmed
Collection of Admission Packet
On the grant of admission, admission packet will be given to the student which will include the following:-
- Admission form.
- Uniform list.
- Book list.
- School timings schedule.
Following documents will be submitted by the student/parents are undergoing the process of admission:
- 2 x passport size. photographs.
- Birth certificate / B – Form(photocopy).
- Father’s CNIC (photocopy).
- Academic report of the previous school (photocopy).
- School leaving certificate (photocopy).

Age groups of students in various grades are:

ACADEMIC YEAR
- Two terms correspond in academic calendar from March to September and October to February
- The School has two Term Examinations and two assessments in addition to the weekly tests. Final result will be compiled on the following criteria:
- Assessment 1: 10%
- Assessment 2: 10%
- 1st Term : 30%
- Annual Term: 50%
- Consolidated Result based on the academic performance of the Year: 100%
- Homework/checking of note books form an essential part of our educational system.
SCHEME OF STUDIES
The students of all grades follow the scheme of studies designed and approved by the Governing body of Scholars School System & College.
The students of Matric will have the courses of studies recommended by BISE Lahore.
