FEE CONCESSION
Fee concessions are granted only to deserving students. Application for concession will be submitted to the school office. Committee’s recommendations and the academic record of the student is given due consideration while making the decision whether or not a student is to be given the concession or approval by the Governing Body of Scholars School System & College according to the following priorities:-
- Any deserving case.
- Brother/sister concession is also granted.
Note: Fee concession is discontinued if the student fails in the final examination.
TUITION FEE
Tuition fee and allied charges will be reviewed from time to time. Changes in all school dues are made by the Governing Body and are conveyed to the parents as and when made.
ATTENDANCE AND LEAVE
- Attendance is compulsory and absentees are dealt with severity. Leave may be granted in case of illness when a medical certificate will be required and in emergent cases, on the written request of parents/guardians. Absentees/defaulters are fined as under:-
- Late comers in the morning – Rs.20/- per day
- Whole day absence without leave – Rs 50/- per day
- Absence from class without permission – Rs 20/-
- Leaving school without permission – Rs 100/-
- Minor discipline cases i.e improper dress etc-Rs20/- for every irregularity
- Discipline cases i.e disobedience, scuffle etc. but not more than Rs.500/-
- Damaging school property which includes cost of damaged items plus.
Note: The fine will be reflected in the fee bill and will be paid directly in the bank.
- The name of a student shall be struck off the rolls of the school if he /she remains absent without leave for ten consecutive days. In case of re-admission the parents will have to pay an admission fee.

LEAVE EX-PAKISTAN
No student will be granted leave of absence for more than one month.
